TRAINING RESOURCES

Picture
This page used to be reserved for our students who have taken courses from us.  Since personal defense affects everyone we decided to make it available to everyone who is interested.  This page is geared toward the student who is new to self defense and competition but everyone needs to enrich their understanding of self defense and current methods of training.  Below you will find a number of documents, lists and videos that are here for you to download and use.  We don't endorse any one method or technique but offer this information for intellectual and academic review.  You must seek professional training and many of the books and videos here describe activities which can be dangerous if used or misused.
We cannot be responsible for the use or misuse of this information.
